Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mingle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application and any related services provided by EFT Global LLC ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the App.

1. User Obligations and Conduct

   You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Specifically, you agree not to:

   • **Misuse or Harming the Service:** Engage in any conduct that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's servers or networks.
   • **Intellectual Property Violation:** Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
   • **Unauthorized Access:** Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App, or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by EFT Global LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

   The Mingle name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of EFT Global LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of EFT Global LLC.

3. Termination and Suspension

   We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

   Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that:

   • The App will meet your specific requirements.
   • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
   • The results that may be obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

5. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall EFT Global LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

   • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
   • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
   • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
